Beerandsoul.com is the future home of a blog edited by Sayre Piotrkowski.  Sayre is a certified Cicerone™ working out of the The Monk’s Kettle in San Francisco, CA.  Beer and Soul will be launched in conjunction with SF Beer Week which will be held February 5th-14th 2009.
